If you really can’t face breakfast then there is an alternative.

Ingredients

  • ½ pint soya milk
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 1 tsp carob powder
  • a little maple syrup or honey (optional)

Method

  • In a blender whizz together all the ingredients.
